ASIA SERVEBEYOND RETREAT - Oct 2024

October 18-21 (Fri-Mon) ServeBeyond’s Asia region global workers gathered at a resort in Krabi Thailand. ServeBeyond Director and his wife as well as EFC of Canada International Mission Committee chairperson and his wife joined us.

We continued what we launched at our 2022 retreat: networking, onboarding, encouraging, and relaxing. We connected with one another, ServeBeyond leaders, and the Lord. It looks like everyone wants to do this again in one or two years.

Tokyo, JAPAN: Tokyo Multicultural Church

TMC is a Christ centered, Bible based, disciple making EFC church planting project that celebrates God’s grace and truth within the cultural diversity of Tokyo by ministering in English, Japanese, and Chinese. In 2013 Dale & Ann Little launched TMC in their apartment complex. By 2018 Jon & Laura Prins had joined the team and David & Lina Cheng in 2023. Through them and 3 other households from Asia and Africa, TMC is gaining leadership stability. TMC’s church planting fund is helping the project achieve financial stability.

HONG KONG: Victory Church Evangelism Banquet

Victory Church, an EFC of China Hong Kong church, reaches the members, friends, and families of the infamous Triad gang, many of whom have been transformed by the love of Jesus Christ. A ServeBeyond partner pastors Victory Church and through him assists with Victory Church's annual evangelistic banquet.
